• Items purchased in boutique are eligible for return within 14 days from the original purchase date.
• All items are must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original tags still attached
• All items are free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains
• Final Sale/Clearance category items may not be returned or exchanged

We want to take a minute to explain to all of you why our return policy is what it is. We understand at times this can be frustrating but as a small business owner we do our best to allow for a policy that works for both the store as well as the customer. What most people do not understand are all the fees that are associated with each transaction, both initial purchase as well as a returned item. While big box stores are able to negotiate better rates and therefore offer the customer full returns, we as small business owners are not offered those same rates and as a consequence, those fee’s become detrimental to the business over time.

What we do offer is a personal connection to each one of you. We put a name with each purchase and strive to offer you the best online experience, southern hospitality and all! We know we can’t always compete with Big Box stores but our goal is to hopefully offer you a unique and personal experience that far outweighs what a corporate store can offer. We are so sorry your item arrived damaged! Please contact us as soon as you can and let us know, we will send you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form! As soon as we receive the RMA, we will send you a replacement, free of charge of course!
