SHIPPING & RETURNS

 At Gracewear Collection we want you to love your purchases as much as we do! We allow returns of full priced merchandise for store credit or exchange ONLY, within 14 days of receipt. Store credits may be used in-store or for online purchases.

- Clothing is eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt.  Please IMMEDIATELY inspect and try on your clothing upon arrival.  The item(s) must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have the tags attached to be available for exchange or store credit.  
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
- All jewelry, scarves, gifts, books, candles, gifts & beauty and special orders are final sale unless it arrives damaged or defective. 
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Please send photo via email of damage.

** We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 
** Sale/Clearance category items are and may not be returned or exchanged. 
** During holiday season (Nov 1st to Dec 25th), we will accept your return for exchange or store credit so long as it is received by January 12, 2023.

Sale items and coupon code items of 30% off or more are final sale.

Securely repackage your items for shipping.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx and email us the tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

 

Once we receive your items, they will be processed within 1-2 business days at which time you will be issued a credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes.
